Current status
Direct-to-consumer shipping is not currently offered. This policy will be updated if and when shipping is lawfully enabled.
Legal restrictions
- Alcohol shipment is regulated by federal law and by each state. Many states prohibit or restrict direct shipment to consumers.
- We will only ship to jurisdictions where we are properly licensed and shipment is permitted.
- Permitted states: List verified permitted states
- Alcohol cannot be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service.
Delivery requirements
- An adult aged 21+ must present valid government-issued photo ID and sign upon delivery.
- Packages cannot be left unattended or delivered to an intoxicated person.
- Packages will be labeled as containing alcohol requiring adult signature.
