Due to the regulated nature of alcohol, returns of opened or unopened products may be restricted by law. All sales are final except as described below or as required by law.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact info@purefitoutfitters.com within X days with your order number, photos and lot code.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within X business days.
Refused deliveries
Orders that cannot be delivered because no eligible adult 21+ was available may be returned to us; describe fees, if any.
